About The Position
PDS Health is hiring an Associate Dentist at Green Valley Ranch Modern Smiles and Orthodontics. The role is open to recent dental graduates and experienced professionals, and involves delivering high-quality comprehensive dental care with a focus on patient comfort and outcomes. The dentist will receive coaching and mentorship from Owner Dentists, collaborate with in-house specialists and integrated healthcare providers, and have opportunities to develop clinical skills through continuing education. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care while prioritizing patient comfort and outcomes.
- Partner with Owner Dentists for coaching and mentorship.
- Develop clinical skills through continuing education opportunities.
- Collaborate with in-house specialists to support patient outcomes.
- Use advanced technology, including CAD/CAM, CBCT, AI saliva screening, and EPIC health records.
- Align with the Owner Dentist on clinical standards and patient outcomes.
