About The Position

Complete Dental Care has an opportunity for an Full time General Dentist in our dentist-owned, patient-focused, community-based group practice located in Dennison, OH. This opportunity offers compensation rates starting at $1000 /day, 100% practice paid lab fees, and accepts PPO/FFS/Small percentage of Medicaid. The role involves working alongside a seasoned/tenured Dentist, supported with Hygienist and Dental Assistants, in a multi-million dollar producing practice. The practice offers a 4-day or 5-day work week and utilizes Prime Scan, CBCT, and Overjet technologies. A Sign on Bonus is available at the practice’s discretion, and a Doctor Equity Program is offered. The ideal candidate is an eager producer who thrives in a consistent productive environment, enjoys working with a patient-focused team that respects clinical judgment and leadership, and is passionate about delivering best-in-class dental care. The practice emphasizes true clinical autonomy, allowing dentists to build trusted relationships with patients through comprehensive care including diagnosis, treatment, follow up, and maintenance. The practice is implementing Overjet’s dental AI platform and Sprint Ray (3D printer) to maximize earning potential and deliver high-quality care. Ample time is given to every patient, ensuring satisfaction. Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree-accredited dental school
  • Completion of a post-doctoral residency program for all specialists
  • Current/Active license in good standing in this state (or eligible to obtain)
  • Dedication to integrity and achieving the highest standards of ethical patient care
