About The Position

Capitol Hill (Seattle) Dentologie practice is seeking a talented, Associate Dentist to start this June or July! The ideal dentist candidate has at least one year of practice experience (please no pending graduates at this time) whom is a skilled provider focused on providing excellent comprehensive dentistry and is a positive impact to the employee culture. This established, seven operatory practice is nestled in the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood of Seattle and serves as a sanctuary amid the dynamic urban landscape! The practice has strong patient flow, an in-house hygiene team, leading tech (see below) and a stable office staff. What we offer you: Pay: 32.5% adjusted net production (w/initial daily rate) Signing bonus: $5,000.00 (least 1 year experience) Annual earnings of $254,000 (avg, 1st year) School Loan Relief (Annually): $4,000 paid/year directly toward your student loans. Provide ortho via Invisalign with a predictable system as part of training. Vivera retainers are considered standard at Dentologie (the retainer offered for the supreme quality).

Requirements

Active IL dental license (and malpractice insurance).
Willingness to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding dental and healthcare.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to keep detailed records.
Comprehensive knowledge of dental procedures, tools, thorough tx planning skills.
Strong inter-personal and leadership qualities.
Ability to manage dental complications for any procedure performed on a patient.
Implant placement/advanced certification if placing implants or performing specialty work.
Ability to adapt to Dentologie’s learning environment and be willing to accept constructive feedback and guidance - eager to further enhance your skillset.

Responsibilities

Provide consultation with patients and discuss and treat dental concerns, perform regular cleanings and other preventative procedures, and establish a comprehensive treatment plan for better dental hygiene and positive restorative outcomes.
Perform dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities.
Correct bite issues and overcrowding.
Apply preventative measures for teeth, such as sealants or whiteners.
Prescribe medications such as pain medications or antibiotics.
Utilize tools such as drills, probes, brushes, to examine and treat teeth.
Keep accurate records relating to the patient's oral health and the tx rendered to them.
Manage positively and communicate with team to provide outstanding care to patients.
Diagnose, tx plan, and diagnose oral disease and oral manifestation of systemic diseases.
Routine follow-up with patients whom you’ve provided treatment via phone or email.
Manage both patient experiences and patient expectations to create a positive outcome.
