About The Position

Mor Smiles is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our high-performing, owner-operated practice in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania. This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist who has been out of school for at least 2–3 years, has a solid foundation in general dentistry, and is looking to continue growing clinically while increasing their income. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning and has experience with, or a strong interest in, more advanced procedures such as implants, bone grafting, surgery, and full-mouth restorative care. Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Pennsylvania dental license or eligibility for licensure
At least 2–3 years of clinical experience preferred
Strong experience in general dentistry
Experience with implants, bone grafting, and surgery preferred
Excellent communication skills and strong clinical judgment
A positive attitude, growth mindset, and desire to be part of a team-oriented culture
