About The Position

We are currently seeking an Associate Dentist for a full-time, permanent position at a reputable dental practice in Yuma, AZ. This is a 4 operatory FFS/PPO practice. Dentist is willing to mentor. Lots of room for growth. Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed; quarterly bonus structure is also in place. Digital, implant equipment, CBCT, scanners and endo equipment. FFS/PPO opportunity. NO Medicaid.

Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Arizona
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dental practice
• Strong technical skills and proficiency in performing a variety of dental procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Conducting dental exams, diagnosing oral health issues, and developing treatment plans for patients
• Performing a variety of dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
• Educating patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care techniques
• Collaborating with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry and incorporating them into practice
