About The Position

They provide essential non-clinical support, including HR, marketing, finance, operations, and procurement, allowing local dental clinics to focus on patient care. This specific role is for a full-time Associate Dentist in Oakville, Ontario, who will deliver a comprehensive range of high-quality dental services to ensure a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate is skilled in making patients feel comfortable, communicates effectively with patients and colleagues, and can work independently.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Program from an accredited school or university program, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process.
• Registered or in processing of registering with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario.
• Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of Ontario.
• At least 1 year of dental experience.
• We are open to those currently registered with other Canadian province(s).
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients’ families.
