Requirements

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
Valid Ohio dental license
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Advanced proficiency in general dental procedures
Experience with dental practice software (Dentrix preferred)
Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
A collaborative mindset and interest in long-term practice growth and ownership

Endo experience
Implant experience

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive general dentistry including: Fillings, crowns, bridges, and cosmetic procedures
Diagnose and manage oral diseases and develop treatment plans
Conduct preventive care and patient education
Collaborate closely with assistants and hygienists
Maintain detailed and accurate records using Dentrix software
