About The Position

Factoria Family Dentistry, an established private practice in Bellevue, Washington, is seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to provide comprehensive dentistry and potentially grow into a long-term role with future partnership potential. The position offers an established patient base, clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and an estimated annual earning potential of $200,000–$300,000+ based on collections, with a stated collection rate of 98%–100%.

The schedule is Wednesday through Friday only. The dentist will perform a variety of procedures and is expected to have hands-on endodontic and implant experience, along with confidence in crowns, bridges, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning. The practice uses MEDIT intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and digital radiography. It offers opportunities for continued clinical growth and potential future partnership for the right associate.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of general dentistry experience.
• Hands-on endodontic experience.
• Hands-on implant experience.
• Confidence with crowns, bridges, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Ability to practice independently.
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, dependable, and easy to work with.
• Availability Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• Active Washington dental license in good standing.
