The practice offers an established patient base, clinical autonomy, a supportive team, and modern technology, including MEDIT intraoral scanners, 3D printing, and digital radiography. The role has an estimated annual earning potential of $200,000–$300,000 or more based on collections, with a stated 98%–100% collection rate. The schedule is Wednesday through Friday only. Requirements

• At least 2 years of general dentistry experience.
• Hands-on endodontic experience.
• Hands-on implant experience.
• Confidence with crowns, bridges, restorative dentistry, and comprehensive treatment planning.
• Ability to practice independently and provide comprehensive dentistry.
• Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, dependable, and easy-to-work-with approach.
• Availability Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.
• Active Washington dental license in good standing.
