This is a production-focused, high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by performance-based compensation. This position may not be the right fit for those seeking a reduced schedule, a low-volume clinical setting, long-term guaranteed salary structures, or ongoing step-by-step mentorship. The role offers strong new patient flow compared to many traditional private practices. Top-performing associates in our group have earned approximately $300,000+ annually working four days per week (11-hour shifts). Individual earnings vary based on production, clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and schedule availability.
