About The Position

Raybrex Dental Recruiting is currently seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Dentist to join our private practice client in West Chester, Ohio. This is a part-time opportunity working Wednesdays with the opportunity to work more days. This is a 5 operatory practice that has established and very dedicated staff. Open to mentorship. FFS/PPO mix. Part time to start with the opportunity to add days. 33% production and daily guarantee to be discussed. State of the art practice. As an Associate Dentist, you will have the opportunity to work alongside a team of highly trained and experienced dental professionals in a state-of-the-art facility. You will have access to the latest technology and equipment, allowing you to provide the highest quality of care to our patients.

Requirements

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited university
Active state dental license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a dental practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Dedication to providing exceptional patient care

Responsibilities

Perform general dentistry procedures including but not limited to fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns
Diagnose and treat oral health issues
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care
Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
Stay current with advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education courses
