This role will function as an Events Service Delivery Technician within the Live Events Streaming team. The role will operate live streaming and videoconferencing events, set-up and test audiovisual locations onsite in New York and remotely alongside global teams, maintain meticulous documentation of room statuses and event activities, respond to customer request tickets, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure availability and optimization of the livestreaming Content Delivery Network (CDN).
Requirements
- Experience operating live streaming and videoconferencing events
- Experience setting up and testing audiovisual locations
- Experience maintaining documentation of room statuses and event activities
- Experience responding to customer request tickets
- Experience working with engineering teams on CDN optimization
