About The Position

The Associate Dean of Graduate Admission is responsible for overseeing graduate admissions processes and contributing to the strategic direction of graduate enrollment. This role requires a strong understanding of the higher education landscape, excellent communication and leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Two to Four years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, including students, faculty, alumni, and external partners.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Three to five years of recruitment experience within higher education; preference given to those with prior experience in graduate admission.
• Experience supervising full-time administrators.
• Familiarity with database management and admissions-specific software is a plus.
