The Associate Dean for Experiential and Interprofessional Education provides strategic leadership for experiential and interprofessional education across the College’s professional and graduate programs. The position leads the Office of Experiential and Interprofessional Education and works with program faculty and staff to align experiential programs, promote quality and efficiency, ensure accreditation compliance, and support future growth. The Associate Dean establishes standards, policies, and shared processes while coordinating experiential learning activities across programs, campuses, and practice sites in Idaho, Alaska, and Nevada. Program-level faculty and staff maintain responsibility for discipline-specific implementation and student supervision. As a member of the College Leadership Team, the Associate Dean collaborates with academic and administrative leaders to advance experiential and interprofessional education, strengthen external partnerships, and oversee experiential education personnel, operations, and systems. The position includes a faculty appointment with responsibilities in teaching, scholarship, and service. Effort allocation is 80% administration, 10% teaching, 5% scholarship, and 5% service.This position is not eligible for new visa sponsorship at this time.
