About The Position

The Associate Data Partnerships Manager identifies and secures data partnerships that support AI training and evaluation initiatives. The role involves finding organizations with valuable operational data, engaging founders and senior decision-makers, conducting discovery conversations, negotiating commercial terms, and managing opportunities through signed agreements. The successful candidate will communicate data, privacy, and AI-related concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and build trust throughout the partnership-development process. The position is fully remote and full-time, with a stated base compensation range of $160,000–$250,000 per year. The source also references performance-based compensation of approximately $2,000 per closed deal; the relationship between this incentive and the annual compensation range should be confirmed during hiring. Partnership priorities and target industries may evolve according to data and project requirements. This opportunity is available through 24-MAG LLC, which connects professionals with remote consulting opportunities across technical, evaluation, and project-based workstreams.
