About The Position

Redica Systems is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to develop customer-facing reports and dashboards using regulatory intelligence data. The role translates customer requests into clear reporting requirements and works with data on inspections, observations, warning letters, and enforcement actions. Findings are presented through dashboards, executive reports, and data storytelling.

The analyst owns reporting deliverables from request intake and data identification through report development, quality assurance, proofing, and delivery. The position requires validating data for accuracy and relevance, exercising judgment rather than simply retrieving and sending results, and managing multiple customer deliverables accurately and on time. The analyst collaborates with internal teams to clarify requests and resolve data questions, and uses BI tools, structured data, SQL, and AI-assisted tools to improve the accuracy, speed, and quality of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience building reports, workbooks, data elements, or visualizations in a cloud BI or analytics tool.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write, review, and troubleshoot queries against structured data.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools or natural language data interfaces to support data exploration, query development, or analysis.
• Experience producing accurate, polished work for internal stakeholders or external customers.
• Ability to break down ambiguous reporting requests, validate outputs, identify anomalies, and escalate unclear, incomplete, or questionable results.
• Clear communication and effective collaboration skills.

• Sigma experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer reporting requests into precise, scoped queries using Redica tools, including Sigma, Claude, and Redica MCP, to identify and extract the appropriate data.
• Build, customize, and publish customer-facing reports, including workbooks, data elements, and visualizations tailored to customer needs.
• Own the full report lifecycle, from intake and data identification through build, QA, proofing, and delivery.
• Interpret and validate data outputs for accuracy before customer-facing delivery, using judgment to assess data quality and relevance.
• Navigate regulatory intelligence data, including FDA enforcement actions, Form 483 observations, warning letters, and inspection records, to answer customer-specific questions through structured reporting.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer deliverables accurately and meet delivery timelines.
• Work with internal teams to clarify requests, resolve data questions, and keep deliverables moving.
• Communicate findings and reporting work clearly to customers and colleagues.
