About The Position

Redica Systems is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to develop customer-facing reports and dashboards using regulatory intelligence data. The role translates customer requests into clear reporting requirements and presents findings through dashboards, executive reports, and data storytelling. The analyst works with data on inspections, observations, warning letters, and enforcement actions, using analytics and AI-assisted tools to produce accurate, customer-ready deliverables.

The position owns the full report lifecycle, from request intake and data identification through report development, quality assurance, proofing, and delivery. It requires sound judgment to interpret and validate data outputs, assess their relevance and accuracy, and ensure that reports answer customers’ underlying business questions. The analyst collaborates with internal teams and manages multiple concurrent deliverables accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, data operations, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience building reports, workbooks, data elements, or visualizations in a cloud BI or analytics tool such as Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
• Working knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write, review, and troubleshoot queries against structured data.
• Experience using AI-assisted tools or natural-language data interfaces to support data exploration, query development, or analysis.
• Experience producing accurate, polished work for internal stakeholders or external customers.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to break ambiguous reporting requests into structured steps, validate outputs, identify anomalies, and escalate unclear or questionable results.

• Sigma experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer reporting requests into precise, scoped queries using Redica tools, including Sigma, Claude, and Redica MCP, to identify and extract the appropriate data.
• Build, customize, and publish customer-facing reports, including workbooks, data elements, and visualizations tailored to customer needs.
• Own the report lifecycle from intake and data identification through build, quality assurance, proofing, and delivery.
• Interpret and validate data outputs for accuracy before customer-facing delivery, applying judgment about data quality and relevance.
• Navigate regulatory intelligence data, including FDA enforcement actions, Form 483 observations, warning letters, and inspection records, to answer customer-specific questions through structured reporting.
• Manage multiple concurrent customer deliverables accurately and deliver them on time.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify requests, resolve data questions, and keep deliverables moving.
