About The Position

The Associate Customer Operations Representative is responsible for reviewing and processing financial activities for our active annuity products; including but not limited to, withdrawals, transfers, beneficiary changes, and account maintenance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Associates degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Effective computer and software skills
• Capable of following procedures and processes
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and interpersonal skills
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and work within established timeframes
• High-level attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-motivated
• Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at hire and must maintain authorization to work in the United States throughout their employment with our company.
• Minimum Internet Speed:100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload, in alignment with the FCC's definition of "broadband."
• Internet Type: Fiber, Cable (e.g., Comcast/Xfinity, Spectrum), or DSL.
• NOT Permissible: Satellite (e.g., Starlink), cellular/mobile internet (including hotspots and home wireless services such as Verizon 5G Home, T-Mobile 5G Home Internet, and AT&T Internet Air), any other wireless technology, or wired dial-up.

Responsibilities

• Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems
• Handling account maintenance requests such as billing updates and address changes
• Preparing or keying checks and wires
• Direct contact with customers and or agents to resolve open issues
• May cross-train with other teams to provide additional support
• Complete other projects as assigned
