Ready to help support the Crew Members who keep Southwest moving? As an Associate Crew Hotel & Transportation (CHAT) Scheduler, you will coordinate hotel accommodations and transportation arrangements for Pilots and Flight Attendants during both daily and irregular operations. You will develop expertise in Crew support systems, operational processes, and decision-making while helping ensure Crews have the resources needed to meet regulatory rest requirements. In this fast-paced role, you will collaborate with Crew Scheduling and operational partners to resolve issues, communicate updates, and support operational continuity. Your work will directly contribute to the comfort, well-being, and readiness of Southwest Crews while helping maintain a safe and reliable operation.
