As a Crew Scheduler, you'll collaborate with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and all four of our airline partners to keep our flights covered and operating on time. As a Crew Scheduler, you will perform various customer service and technical crew scheduling functions and activities: Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants, Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats, Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities, Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes, Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. As a Crew Scheduler, you'll enjoy: 11-hour shifts (work 4 days one week, 3 days the next, with consecutive days off), Shift trade flexibility, Great team atmosphere, Numerous growth opportunities, Our paid training program provides the tools, knowledge and support needed to build a successful career, $16.50 per hour training wage, increasing to $19.00/hour after passing classroom and on-desk training (approximately 7 months).
