As an Associate, Credit Execution, you will play a pivotal role in supporting credit origination requests for Business Banking, Imperial Service, and Personal Banking. Reporting to the Director, Credit Execution, you will be responsible for supporting and reviewing BCLASS/ICAP credit applications, conducting lender due diligence, and assisting with strategic lending initiatives and business projects. Your contributions will drive the growth and transformation of our credit portfolio through the seamless execution of platform-based initiatives and lending transformation objectives. This role provides substantial opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. Over a 12–18 month period, you will benefit from comprehensive training and practical experience, preparing you to become a leading candidate for advancement within the Credit Execution team or for transition into a Relationship Manager position within Business Banking. Requirements

  • Experience in banking
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Strong financial analysis and accounting knowledge
  • Fluent in English and French

  • Business Banking experience is an asset

  • Building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives and lending projects
  • Taking initiative and responsibility for your work, maintaining attention to detail and consistently meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
