Requirements
- Persistent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask.
- Enjoy working with numbers.
- Effective communicator with exceptional phone skills and attention to detail.
Nice To Haves
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, such as Word and Excel
- Previous customer service and/or credit experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance of accounts receivable calculations and records.
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
- Review documents for discrepancies and enter data.
