As an Associate Creative Director on the Brand Marketing team , a typical day for you will include: Execute creative assets across print, digital, social media, email, light video, and other marketing channels while maintaining enterprise brand standards. Translate creative direction, campaign objectives, and project briefs into polished, production-ready creative deliverables. Contribute creative concepts, visual solutions, layouts, messaging ideas, and design approaches that support enterprise marketing campaigns. Manage assigned creative projects from concept through final production while ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery. Apply strong design, typography, art direction, and visual communication principles across all creative work. Write, edit, and refine marketing copy using established brand guidelines and AI-supported creative workflows Bring your skills and be inspired to achieve success.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of progressive experience in creative, graphic design, advertising, or marketing roles.
  • Experience executing integrated marketing campaigns across print and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated experience contributing to campaign concepts, visual storytelling, and creative development.
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Creative Suite to produce production-ready creative assets.
  • 1-2 years of experience providing project leadership, mentoring, or informal supervision of creative professionals.
  • Experience working in multi-brand, franchise, or agency environments.
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled creative technologies to support creative production.
  • Experience with video editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or a related field. Equivalent combination of education and directly related experience may be considered.
  • Strong design, visual communication, and art direction skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects, competing priorities, and tight deadlines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Adobe Creative Suite, AI-enabled creative technologies, and Microsoft Office applications.
