About The Position

This role blends creative strategy with operational excellence. You will drive our creative vision while growing Elastic’s brand awareness, positioning us as a forward-thinking leader in the industry. You'll inspire high-impact work, build scalable creative systems, and ensure our brand remains consistent while continuously evolving to compete in the AI era.

Requirements

  • Experience leading in-house creative teams, ideally in B2B technology.
  • Exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong brand thinking and execution.
  • Deep understanding of technical audiences and enterprise marketing.
  • Ability to balance creative innovation with operational discipline.
  • Strong coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to continuously evolve how creative work gets done.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor an in-house team of designers and video creatives.
  • Set a strategic creative direction across campaigns, launches, events, digital, social, and executive communications.
  • Provide artistic direction and guidance to team members to ensure consistency and alignment with brand standards.
  • Raise the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the Elastic brand.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into engaging creative for developers, practitioners, and enterprise buyers.
  • Review and provide clear feedback on all creative materials to ensure they meet Elastic’s standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.
  • Build efficient creative processes that help the team move faster without sacrificing quality.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, executives, and agencies to deliver strategic creative.
  • Champion experimentation, AI-powered workflows, and modern creative practices.
  • Manage relationships with external creative agencies and media partners to ensure high-quality execution of deliverables
