About The Position

EBSCO Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced attorney to join its legal department as a trusted advisor to leadership across the organization. The role provides broad exposure to contracts, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters, with meaningful influence on business decisions. The Associate Corporate Counsel drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, supports M&A transactions from due diligence through integration, advises HR and business leaders on employment matters, provides practical counsel on corporate and operational questions, and manages outside counsel when needed.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.).
• Active bar license in good standing.
• At least 5 years of legal practice.
• Experience ideally includes both law firm training and in-house work.
• Experience or capability across contracts, employment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate work.
• Sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, problem-solving partner mindset.
