Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or foundational background in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field.
Background, minor, or strong interest in a scientific or technical discipline is a major plus! We love candidates who can take complex, technical, or scientific concepts and help translate them into clear, compelling stories for a broader audience.
Superb Project Management Skills: You have a natural gift for organization. You love checklists, spreadsheets, and keeping projects on schedule. You can manage multiple moving pieces without letting details slip through the cracks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for visual design and slide layout (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides).

Responsibilities

Lead Project Management: Act as the organizational engine of the team. You will build and maintain forward-looking content calendars, manage project timelines, track deliverables, organize core messaging and decks, and ensure our fast-moving communications initiatives cross the finish line seamlessly.
Social Media Coordination: Support our social media lead and help to manage and elevate our corporate social media presence. This could involve assisting in drafting engaging copy, planning content grids, tracking performance metrics, and exploring creative ways to expand our brand's digital footprint.
Internal Communications & Community Building: Support internal engagement strategies that keep our global team connected. This includes coordinating internal company Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions, managing logistics for company-wide All Hands, and helping craft internal announcements.
Creative & Event Logistics: Run point on the physical and creative coordination for on-site video shoots, podcast production and live streaming, corporate photography, and major brand events, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
