About The Position
The Associate Consultant will work as part of a consulting team serving Enterprise and Operational Technology customers, including utilities, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industries. Turtle operates four lines of business: Automation and Industrial Technology, Environmental Consulting, Enterprise Technology, and Project Management. This is a full-time role working at various customer locations in New York and New Jersey, as well as the New Jersey office. Salary is based on relevant experience.
Requirements
- College degree required.
- Experience implementing and administering client and network operating systems.
- Technology experience required.
- Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work in the field with installations.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
Nice To Haves
- Cisco CCNA certification or interest in earning the certification.
Responsibilities
- Work with the consulting team on customer projects.
- Support solutions for new and expanded wired and wireless network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco Systems switches, routers, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers, servers, and software-based solutions.
- Support PC technology solutions, including PC and Apple iPad/iPhone deployments.
- Troubleshoot applications.
- Support automation and industrial technology solutions from Rockwell Automation, Eaton, and other providers.
- Support other consultants with field installation work and customer activities.
