The Associate Consultant supports engagement teams in construction audits, contract reviews, assessments of design and construction invoicing, reviews of policies and procedures, and verification of project status reporting. Requirements

General interest in project development and construction.
One to three years of experience in contract compliance reviews, cost management, internal audit, or quality management.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Engineering, Planning, or a related field.

Nice To Haves

CPA, CIA, CFE, CCA, or other relevant certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support engagement teams in conducting construction audits.
Perform contract reviews.
Assess design and construction invoicing.
Review policies and procedures.
Verify project status reporting.
Analyze financial and technical data for capital projects to assess risks that could affect successful project completion.
Support the preparation of audit reports and memos for internal and/or external use.
Assist in developing work plans and schedules that support engagement processes and milestones.
