About The Position

The Associate Consultant will be part of a consulting team serving Enterprise and Operational Technology customers, including utilities, power plants, manufacturing facilities, and other industries. The role supports customer projects involving network infrastructure, PC technology, application troubleshooting, and automation and industrial technology. This is a full-time position working at various customer locations in New York and New Jersey and in the New Jersey office. Salary range is based on relevant experience.

Requirements

• College degree required.
• Experience implementing and administering client and network operating systems.
• Technology experience required.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated team player.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work in the field with installations.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Nice To Haves

• Cisco CCNA certification or interest in earning the certification.

Responsibilities

• Work with the consulting team on customer projects.
• Support solutions for new and expanded wired and wireless network infrastructure, with a focus on Cisco Systems switches, routers, firewalls, wireless LAN controllers, servers, and software-based solutions.
• Support PC technology solutions, including PC and Apple iPad/iPhone deployments.
• Troubleshoot applications.
• Support automation and industrial technology solutions from Rockwell Automation, Eaton, and other providers.
• Support other consultants with field installation work and customer activities.
