About The Position

LSC Lifesciences Consultants is recruiting Associate Strategy Consultants to support its international growth. The Associate role offers a merit-based, accelerated career path and hands-on experience across diverse project types, addressing strategic questions for Biopharma and MedTech innovators worldwide. Associates work at the heart of project teams alongside senior leaders and engage directly with C-suite life-sciences executives. The position also includes an onboarding and training program designed to build knowledge of the Healthcare and Life Sciences market and support career development.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of strategy-consulting experience.
• MBA, Master’s, or PhD in business, life sciences, engineering, economics, or a closely related field.
• Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative and results orientation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as a team player.
• Full availability to travel.
• Fluency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
• Adaptability and a self-starting approach, with the ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth settings and remain motivated in uncertain situations.
• Passion for life sciences and an interest in strategy consulting.

Nice To Haves

• Strategy-consulting experience with a leading firm or high-performing boutique.
• Exposure to life sciences, including biopharma, med-tech, or diagnostics.
• Additional language skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform structured analyses and research to support client engagements.
• Translate data into insights and contribute to client recommendations.
• Help shape strategies and develop high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with team members and actively participate in client discussions.
• Participate in the onboarding and training program.
