About The Position

Gallup is accepting applications through Oct. 30, 2026, for this full-time role, scheduled to start in June 2027. Help education leaders enhance their students’ experiences as you build your consulting career. As an associate consultant for K-12 school systems and higher education institutions, you will build trusted advisory relationships that transform systems and institutions and turn complicated education challenges into positive results. In this role, you will develop knowledge, skills and expertise on workplace dynamics and issues. Your bold thinking, effective communication, project management expertise, commitment to excellence and inspiring influence will lead to lasting change for educational systems and their leaders, faculty, staff and students. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree by May 2027 required
  • Availability to start working full time in June 2027 required
  • At least one year of experience in project management, client management, business development, fundraising or recruitment, and/or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
  • A commitment to working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Organize and orchestrate detailed change management programs and high-quality deliverables
  • Decipher education leaders’ greatest needs
  • Identify data-driven insights about your client school systems and institutions
  • Combine human and artificial intelligence to turn data insights into actionable steps for leaders
  • Influence leaders and teams to align and act by building deep client relationships
  • Collaborate to develop, present and facilitate executive sessions
  • Position and design sustainable solutions for ongoing growth and business impact
