About The Position

In this exciting role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contractors to define project requirements and ensure ongoing project progress, managing solar installation projects from sales handoff to end-user Activation. You will learn how to be responsible for coordinating schedules, resources, and information to ensure timely and effective project delivery with high-quality standards.

Requirements

1-year prior experience in project coordination or similar role
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, especially high-performing sales organizations
Strong and consistent communicator, upwards, and downwards. Good listener
Excellent coordination and planning skills
High energy/high sense of urgency/fast-paced and can think on his/her feet
Comfortable working as a team player in a start-up environment where no job is too small
Strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external functional teams verbally, in writing, and via presentations

Responsibilities

Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
Develop effective roadmaps for large-scale projects with clear and concise timelines for completion.
Learn the project operations lifecycle for a solar roof projects
Provide exceptional customer service to our roofing partners and homeowners
Communicate with contractors and the sales team, to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Liaise between the sales and operations teams to support sales projects and deliver on completed projects.
Approve all new projects and review sales requirements submitted by the sales team and roofing partners to expedite project timelines.
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
Stay in constant communication with clients to ensure all needs are met as projects evolve.
Oversee the project order fulfillment process.
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
Work directly with Construction Managers and internal teams to eliminate blockers.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and plans
