Responsibilities

  • Support the development of commerce strategies, briefs, and activation plans that translate brand objectives into actionable omnichannel commerce programs.
  • Own the development and execution of commerce shopper promotions, including digital and in-store coupon programs, promotional activations, and offer strategies that drive trial, conversion, and sales while aligning with brand and customer objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating timelines, creative reviews, asset development, approvals, deliverables, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.
  • Manage day-to-day communication with agency partners to ensure campaigns are developed, refined, and executed on time and in full.
  • Partner with Brand, Sales, Customer Strategy & Planning, Finance, and Digital Commerce teams to align on strategy, execution, and key deliverables.
  • Build clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations that communicate commerce strategies, campaign recommendations, and business updates.
  • Conduct internal, customer, category, and competitive analyses to uncover insights and identify opportunities that strengthen commerce recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators, synthesize insights, and share recommendations with stakeholders to inform future commerce strategies.
