Associate CNO Developer
About The Position
MANTECH is seeking a mission-focused Associate CNO Developer to join its team in Hanover, Maryland, or Aurora, Colorado. The role contributes to the development of mission-critical offensive cyber capabilities and advanced Computer Network Operations (CNO) solutions supporting national security systems. The developer designs and develops hardware- or software-based CNO capabilities and helps design, develop, document, test, and debug application software and systems. The position applies security and network technology knowledge while ensuring software engineering standards are met. The position is onsite and requires a current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance. The candidate must also be willing and able to obtain another polygraph before starting, if required. The projected compensation range is $76,800 to $128,300. The physical requirements include remaining stationary for extended periods (50% of the time) and operating computer equipment and office machinery.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, or a high school diploma and 4 or more years of technical experience.
- Experience programming in Python or C/C++.
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging.
- Current, active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance.
- Willingness and ability to obtain another polygraph before starting, if required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
- Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms.
- Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
- Experience developing CNO capabilities.
- Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices.
- Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Crucible.
