About The Position

The Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of North Texas (UNT) is seeking qualified individuals for a clinical associate professor position. This role is expected to teach courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels in electrical engineering and provide academic advising to undergraduate students. The department offers B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering programs. UNT is a diverse campus and welcomes candidates with experience with HSI/MSIs and/or who speak various languages.

Requirements

  • PhD in Electrical Engineering or closely related fields, or a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours directly related to the assigned courses(s).
  • Additional consideration may be given for equivalent applied experience in accordance with faculty credentialing guidelines.
  • Meets the criteria outlined in UNT Policy 06.005.
  • Employees in this job may be responsible for conducting research on, working on, or having the ability to access critical organizational infrastructure and they must be able to maintain the security and integrity of the infrastructure related to this role.
