As the Administrative Triage – Generalist, you will provide nonclinical support to inbound callers to agencies by accessing the LHC system and applicable patient documentation. You will work in coordination with clinical triage teams and other home office support teams. Your role involves being the first call resolution for patient concerns, following protocols and best practices, and ensuring customer concerns are documented and addressed for communication with agencies. Primary job functions require speaking on the phone with patients, vendors, and LHC Staff.
