About The Position

Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is seeking an Associate Client Services Director for its Sacramento office. This role is crucial in ensuring the agency fulfills its vision, mission, and strategic objectives. The Associate Client Services Director will be responsible for ensuring the agency, its departments, and staff are focused on and accountable for serving eligible clients in compliance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act and other relevant laws. This position involves overseeing multiple Client Services Managers and managing complex client-related issues.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.
Eight years of professional experience in human services or a related field (preferably in the field of developmental disabilities).
Five years of supervisory experience (to include direct management of a function or Department).
Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills.
Strong time management and organization skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure the agency achieves its vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Ensure the agency, all departments, and all staff are focused on, and accountable for, serving eligible agency clients in accordance with the Lanterman Developmental Disabilities Services Act and/or other relevant federal/state laws.
Oversee several Client Services Managers.
Manage complex client-related issues.
