The client services manager (alongside the account manager) works closely with vendors and internal stakeholders (VBMs/BDEs/Sales), serving as a trusted point of contact and contributing to strategic marketing planning and execution. This Entry level role is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring marketing programs that drive customer acquisition, sales growth, and market share. The individual partners with sales, vendors, and channel partners to execute effective campaigns, advertising initiatives, and marketing strategies while analyzing results and optimizing performance.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain trackers, timelines, and documentation for marketing activities
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, campaign milestones, and planning cadences
  • Collect and organize marketing materials and assets
  • Support campaign kickoff meetings and the proofing/approval process
  • Collect and manage post-campaign documentation (POP/POE), track ROI and performance metrics, and contribute to campaign recaps
  • Assist with budget updates, manage claims submissions and receivables tracking.
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up on campaign activities.
