As an Associate Claims Tech, you will provide basic functional and operational support for the claims department including maintaining claim records through data entry and validation. You’ll support the daily operations of the Claims Department by maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and responding to information requests. You'll review reports for errors, make corrections, and assist with claim processing. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, vendors, attorneys, and internal teams to help resolve issues and ensure a smooth claims experience. This role is not available for remote work and will be staffed out of our Davenport, IA office following a hybrid work schedule.
