This position provides administrative and operational support for the claims department, specifically handling mail and data entry. The Associate Claims Technician will identify and route mail, return misrouted or unidentified mail, perform data entry, and monitor work queues. The role involves assisting internal customers, vendors, attorneys, adjusters, and other technical staff to resolve issues and provide administrative support. This position is located at the Stevens Point, WI office and follows a hybrid work model, with Tuesday through Thursday in the office and Monday and Friday working from home. Remote work is not available for this role.
