The salary range for this position is $56,500.00 - $84,700.00.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business/Business Technology, or a related field.
Must be technologically competent with data analysis, database navigation, data interpretation, and MS Office suite programs.
Solid understanding of when to apply configuration and when to apply custom code.
Up-to-date knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) system, such as Salesforce, database management, and Excel.
A knowledge and understanding of workflow automation platforms.
A knowledge and understanding of system administration.
Excellent project management skills.
Self-starter with a strong ability to use initiative and work autonomously under tight deadlines.
Excellent verbal and writing communication.
Strong customer focus.
Works well in a team environment.
Strong oral and written communications abilities.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Able to explain complex data analysis to a non-technical audience.
High-level Excel skills.

Nice To Haves

Master’s degree in Operations Research, Optimization Research, Business Administration, Business Technology
2-3 years of experience working with database systems and programs.
ITIL certifications (v3 or later)
A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
Data Analytics Certification or applicable certification
Customer Relations Management (CRM) Certification
Customer Relations Management (CRM) Administrator
Experience constructing and running basic SQL queries
Experience troubleshooting existing Power BI reports

Responsibilities

Maintain and support department programs for Craft Education.
Pull reports, analyze data, and maintain data between systems.
Assist in training department employees to enhance knowledge and understanding of processes that support operations.
Support large database information and system interface integrations.
Respond to user questions and resolve system issues.
Conduct quality control audits.
Analyze data trends, resolve inconsistencies, and provide resolutions to enhance department processes and programs.
Understand the interface of database management programs, accessibility, and processes that support students and employees.
Troubleshoot system interface issues for current data programs and processes.
Function as an experienced resource in database management, Excel, and Salesforce.
Perform quality control audits for data integrity and system process administration.
Provide solutions to enhance user navigation of programs and processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional team members and other internal stakeholders.
Support system interface between key department programs and software.
Support efforts with department leadership to enhance customer experiences and satisfaction scores.
Update and document technical procedures and processes.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
