About The Position

The Associate Business Process Analyst supports the North Carolina Sales team by improving efficiency across multiple workflows for both regulated and unregulated sales functions serving customers within the franchised area. This role involves collaboration with all levels of management, sales team members, and cross-functional partners including IT, marketing, finance and accounting, telecom, and frontline customer-facing employees. Strong decision-making and project management skills are essential to manage current initiatives, identify process gaps, and develop future enhancements that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a technical diploma with limited experience or a combination of related certification and a minimum of five years directly related experience.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a business process analyst, sales operations, or similar analytical role.
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), Automatic Call Distribution systems, customer information systems.
  • Proven ability to gather and document business requirements from diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis; experience with BI tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and workflows for all sales activities, including lead generation, intake and processing, sales negotiating, secured agreements, and sales reporting.
  • Document current and future state processes using standard documentation techniques.
  • Collaborate with sales staff, operations, accounting, and information technology teams.
  • Salesforce CRM: Administrative functions: user interface updates and problem resolution, training, defect and enhancement project management, maintaining tables, dashboards, user profiles, and reporting.
  • Ensure processes and procedures align with regulatory compliance for data security, accounting, and customer service.
  • Assist with continuous improvement and special project initiatives.
