2027 Associate Business Management Analyst – Pathways Program – San Diego CA
About The Position
Northrop Grumman Mission Systems is hiring Associate Business Management Analysts for its Business Management Organization in San Diego, California. The role is part of the Pathways rotational program, with two to three rotations in Business Management. Potential rotations include Program Control Analyst, Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Global Supply Chain Analyst, and Scheduling Analyst. The position requires onsite presence four to five days per week, depending on the assigned rotation, and does not offer full-time telecommuting or full-time remote work. This is an entry-level opportunity for candidates completing or holding a bachelor’s degree in a business or business-adjacent field. Candidates must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite. They must also be able to obtain Special Access Program access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Requirements
- Be completing or have completed a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Major in or have majored in a business field such as Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or Economics, or a business-adjacent field such as Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, or Global Supply Chain.
- Be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship is a prerequisite.
- Be able to obtain Special Access Program access within a reasonable period, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Nice To Haves
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
- Prior business-relevant internship or work experience.
- Existing active U.S. Government security clearance.
