About The Position

The Associate Business Development Manager is responsible for achieving sales and trade spending objectives in support of strategic growth plans for the AWG team.

Perform post-promotion analysis.
Optimize promotional strategies.
Track pricing and price advances.
Monitor inventory levels (OOS/Scan).
Conduct post-audit research.
Project case needs for displays.
Provide financial reconciliation data.
Manage annual planning, forecasting, and trade spending.
Reconcile deductions and claims.
Manage e-commerce partnerships.
Order samples.
Track purchase orders.
Manage brand partnerships.
Participate in business planning meetings.

Responsibilities

Achieve sales and trade spending objectives in support of strategic growth plans for the AWG team.
Manage AWG Nashville accounts (Riesdbecks, Food Country, George Town IGA, Price Cutter, Tiegen's Value Markets Mid-South (Memphis) Super Lo, GES Food Giant, Castle Retail, Hays).
Assist with Houchen’s Food Giant.
Perform Promo Validation/Analysis.
Conduct Post-promo Analysis for meetings.
Optimize promotional strategies including price points, items, timing, and frequency.
Provide CPI Support.
Perform Price Tracking.
Provide Price Advance Support.
Monitor Out-of-Stock (OOS)/Scan.
Conduct Post-Audit research.
Create case projections for display ordering.
Provide data for Sales Finance to reconcile deductions.
Manage Annual Planning / CPT Management / Forecast/ Trade.
Handle Deductions/Claims Reconciliation.
Manage Shopper / Ecomm Partnership.
Order Samples.
Track Purchase Orders (PO).
Manage Ferrero/Ferrera Partnership.
Participate in Business Planning Meetings (e.g., Top Tier, Fast Start).
