About The Position

This important role will be responsible for the customer support and on-going management of Virginia Housing business applications. The Associate Business Application Administrator is a technology generalist and business relationship facilitator, working with business users at all levels to understand their needs and deliver quality technology solutions. Virginia Housing is one of the nation’s leading housing finance agencies. Requirements

B.S. Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience
A few years of relevant business experience in technical role, including project management, application administration, business systems analysis, technical user support, and/or business systems implementation
Knowledge of database structures and experience with writing SQL queries
Change management and application governance acumen
Desktop and network foundational knowledge and support skills
Strong troubleshooting and problem management skills
Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – to both technical and business audiences
Must live and work within the Commonwealth of Virginia
