About The Position

The Associate Business Analyst provides strategic, consultative analytics support, partnering closely with business leaders and line finance to develop recommendations that inform planning, forecasting, and ongoing business decisions. In addition to core analytical responsibilities, the role delivers ad hoc analysis to address emerging business needs and drive timely, informed actions. Insights and analyses produced in this role play a critical part in business planning, capacity optimization, and continuous performance improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years in the financial service industry or equivalent.
• Experience using data and analytics to consult and inform strategy.
• Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools.
• Experience analyzing large data sets, modeling, and presentation tools (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
• Experience in Tableau, Power BI etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance and business partners at varying levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
• Intellectually curious and willing to ask questions and challenge status quo to benefit the organization.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently to perform most analyses.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
