About The Position

We are seeking an Associate Broker and Director of Residential Operations to create and lead a focused residential real estate agency for Goodwin Partners and Goodwin Properties. This role will involve recruiting agents across key Texas markets (Austin, Dallas/Ft. Worth, Houston, and San Antonio), developing marketing strategies targeting HOA residents, banks for REO properties, and title companies. The successful candidate will oversee all Texas markets, establish a refined operation, and build a reputation for being a "higher end" agency.
