Currently being led by the founders and the next generation of the family, the Group spans ~1500 employees in 5 geographic locations around the world, focused on omnichannel distribution and fulfillment for the beauty category. Multiple subsidiaries with a distinct leadership, business direction, and separate financial structure. As a Associate Brand Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of brand strategies that drive growth, profitability, and long-term success. You�ll assist in managing day-to-day relationships with brand partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment with business objectives. Collaboration is essential in this role, as you'll work closely with internal teams, partner vendors, and retailers to help maximize brand visibility. This role is in house: Manhattan or Ronkonkoma, NY.

Responsibilities

  • Drive brand sales through strategic marketing initiatives including content strategy, content distribution, email campaigns, social media, and public relations projects.
  • Manage the content marketing calendar and lead the Brand Ambassador program.
  • Conduct ongoing sales analysis to evaluate ROI, identify trends in real time, and communicate inventory needs proactively.
  • Assist in developing and executing U.S.-specific brand strategies and annual brand plans tailored to market demands.
  • Support brand development through reporting, performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with field teams to identify and respond to regional market needs.
  • Analyze sales results continuously to ensure efforts are aligned with company objectives and resources are effectively allocated.
  • Manage marketing budgets and track monthly spend to stay within financial goals.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of seasonal retailer presentations to support sell-in and sell-through efforts.
  • Lead the conceptualization, planning, and execution of special events that drive brand visibility and engagement.
  • Work closely with Global Headquarters to adapt and implement marketing plans and tools that support the U.S. market.
  • Analyze weekly sales performance for both sell-in and sell-out, and provide insights along with actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep brand one-pagers consistently updated for internal leadership, including key metrics such as weekly sales, emerging trends, areas of concern, competitive insights, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Review media plans and promotional calendars to ensure all necessary elements are prepared at least two months in advance, including inventory availability, creative assets, and landing pages.
  • Maintain and share key performance indicators and directional insights to help leadership and stakeholders make informed decisions.
  • Monitor account performance against monthly projections, analyzing KPI results to track success.
  • Communicate marketing and sales performance updates to leadership regularly.
  • Report monthly brand sales following the designated structure for growth and maintenance brands.
  • Prepare to represent and advocate for your brand during cross-functional monthly budget meetings.
  • Monitor marketing profitability and flag any underperforming efforts, requesting support from your department lead and relevant channel experts as needed.
  • Collaborate with your department lead to plan territory and channel expansion opportunities for each brand, including associated marketing initiatives, promotional plans, inventory needs, and creative deliverables.
  • Review and update the strategic account tier list, submitting any new item setup (NIS) requests as appropriate.
