The Associate Manager, Brand is a role focused on connecting consumer insights, category dynamics, financial performance, and cross-functional execution to drive brand and business growth. It is designed for individuals who have demonstrated the ability to take ownership of work, influence outcomes, and drive business performance. Reporting to a Brand Manager or Senior Brand Manager, you will lead key elements of brand strategy and execution across assigned businesses. You will analyze performance trends, evaluate business issues and opportunities, and translate insights into clear strategic recommendations that support growth, profitability, and Annual Operating Plan delivery. You will partner closely with teams across insights, sales, finance, pricing, forecasting, promotion, marketing, operations, and supply chain to move work from idea to execution. Success in this role requires strong business judgment, analytical thinking, communication, and cross-functional leadership. Candidates in this role demonstrate the ability to take ownership of work, navigate tradeoffs, influence partners, and connect recommendations to measurable business outcomes. This role follows a hybrid schedule, with four days per week in the office.
