About The Position

This is a 10-week Summer MBA Marketing Internship program at Keurig Dr Pepper, running from June 7 to August 13, 2027. It is designed for first-year business school students to work on real brand challenges, develop marketing skills, and contribute to iconic brands. Interns will be assigned an individual project covering areas like brand strategy, consumer insights, data analysis, and go-to-market planning, with final recommendations presented to senior marketing leaders. The program is structured around four pillars: Coaching & Feedback, Holistic Marketing Training, Culture & Networking Events, and Access to Leadership. Interns will work on a project to stretch their analytical and strategic thinking, with support from a dedicated Project Lead and Mentor. Key activities include transforming data into insights using tools like IRI, Numerator, and YouGov, driving a brand project end-to-end, understanding and championing the consumer, shaping brand strategy, collaborating cross-functionally with various departments, and presenting strategic recommendations to senior marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a two-year, full-time MBA program; must be between your 1st and 2nd year (expected graduation the year following the internship)
  • 3–6 years of full-time, post-undergraduate professional experience
  • Strong analytical aptitude — able to work with data and translate findings into stories and strategic action
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment
  • Must be work-authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing concentration is not required but is a plus
  • CPG, beverage, or brand marketing experience is a plus
  • Experience with syndicated marketing research databases (e.g., Circana/IRI, Numerator, YouGov, Mintel) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Dive into brand, industry, and consumer data to identify business issues and opportunities.
  • Use multiple data sources (including tools such as IRI, Numerator, and YouGov) to uncover actionable insights and develop evidence-backed strategic recommendations.
  • Own and drive an individual summer brand project end-to-end, from initial scoping through final presentation to senior leaders.
  • Work collaboratively with Project Lead and cross-functional partners to shape approach, build story, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Develop understanding of the consumer and translate consumer insights into clear, actionable implications.
  • Gain exposure to annual brand planning, budgeting processes, strategic frameworks, and cross-functional brand alignment.
  • Engage with colleagues across Marketing, Consumer Insights, Finance, Innovation, Sales, and Operations to gather input and build a well-rounded business perspective.
  • Schedule coffee chats with marketers outside of their day-to-day team.
  • Deliver a 25–30-minute strategic presentation to senior Marketing leadership covering key insights, strategic approaches, recommendations, and implementation considerations.
